1. Classic Nasi Goreng Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Cooked white rice
- 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 eggs
- Cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu
- Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced cucumber and tomato for garnish
- Fried shallots for topping

Instructions:
1. Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
5. Add the cooked white rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
6. Drizzle kecap manis over the rice and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the Nasi Goreng hot, garnished with sliced cucumber and tomato, and topped with fried shallots.

2. Spicy Nasi Goreng Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Cooked white rice
- 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 3-4 dried red chilies, soaked and pounded into a paste
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 eggs
- Cooked prawns or chicken
- Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions and chopped cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:
1. Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the chili paste and chopped onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the cooked prawns or chicken to the pan and toss to combine.
4. Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs in the empty space.
5. Add the cooked white rice to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
6. Drizzle kecap manis over the rice and stir to coat evenly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the Spicy Nasi Goreng hot, garnished with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro, and accompanied by lime wedges for an extra kick of flavor.
